Shipping policy

All items ship via USPS or UPS to United States residences only. USPS delivery time is 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise! You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS or a UPS tracking number.

If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use the USPS/UPS tracking website and the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status of your order. We are not responsible for delays made on the shipping carriers part. Business days exclude weekends + holidays. Orders placed after 3PM CST on Friday’s will not be processed until the following business day. Custom orders typically take 3-5 business days due to them being hand created!
