Shipping policy

All items ship via USPS or UPS to United States residences only. USPS delivery time is 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS or UPS tracking number.

If you do not see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your junk or spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use the USPS or UPS tracking website and the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CST on Friday will not be processed until the following business day. Custom orders typically take 3–5 business days because they are handmade.
